Schuyler
Born Addison Schuyler, Sky was raised by Psychics who made losing at random trainer battles their obsession in life, and spent most of his youth camped out beside popular training routes, watching his parents fail miserably. It didn't help that most of their conversation consisted of bad Pokemon catchphrases, and most of what they taught him involved slight-of-hand and pretending to bend spoons. Being utterly normal and non-psychic (though his parents' actual abilities are debatable), Schuyler was considered a huge disappointment and was forcibly "encouraged" to head off on his Pokemon journey as soon as he was of age.

As a result, Schuyler thinks most Pokemon people are weird, and his goal is to kick their asses whenever possible.

Marble is the arcanine he's had since he was a kid, who tends to act more like a dumb golden retriever than any sort of noble and majestic pokemon.
